EXIF Data Viewer

Purpose

This screen is used to display the EXIF metadata linked with a specific Slide record. This data has to be imported in Project Hirtius from the digital picture file using an external script for the time being.

The EXIF data, once stored in the 'hirtius' database, is strictly read-only.

Getting There...

There are two ways of reaching this page:

From the Slides Edition Page (in 'view' or 'edit' mode), click on the EXIF link in the upper left corner, next to the slide ID. This link is only displayed for digital slides, and when the EXIF data for that slide has been uploaded to the database.
From the Basic and Timeline Search Page (in 'Basic Search' result display mode), by clicking on the viewlink (first column) for any EXIF data that matched the query. When reaching the page this way, the exact record that matched the query will be highlighted.

Controls

In List mode

You can control the sort order of the list by clicking on the column header you want to use as key. The currently active sort key (Property, by default) is rendered in plain italics, whereas other available keys are rendered as hyperlinks.
